Conscious Connected Breathwork Disclaimer
Restore & Rise Wellness offers Conscious Connected Breathwork as a complementary wellbeing practice designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional processing and personal growth.
Breathwork sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care. Participation is voluntary and all clients are encouraged to take responsibility for their own wellbeing throughout the session.
Conscious Connected Breathwork may involve deep emotional and physical release. Some participants may experience sensations including tingling, tetany (tightening in the hands or jaw), trembling, emotional release, changes in body temperature, dizziness, fatigue or heightened self-awareness.
For safety reasons, breathwork may not be suitable for individuals experiencing certain medical or mental health conditions. Please consult a medical professional before participating if you have concerns regarding your health or suitability.
