I recently had a Belief Coding session with Rach. I must admit, I initially felt a sense of apprehension, unsure of what the experience would entail.
However, Rach’s warmth and approachable nature immediately put me at ease. The session has helped me shift my mindset. Previously, I struggled with a lack of self-belief and felt unable to see my self-worth. Now, those barriers have started to dissolve. Whilst it’s challenging to fully explain the shift in my mindset, it feels as though a significant weight has been lifted, allowing me to approach previous feelings and ways of thinking with more clarity and ease.
